BIOQUAT 90 is a non-ionic / cationic fatty quat-glycol softener synthesized specially to impart excellent silkiness and fluffy softness, coupled with full handle to all woven, knits, garments, jeans, terry towels with very low yellowing but hydrophilic properties. It is effective for all fibre types and can be applied by exhaust & padding
