DESCRIPTION:
Finox UV 2000 is a textile finishing agent which enhances colour fastness to light & perspiration for cellulosic dyed with reactive & direct dye. Treated fabric exhibits excellent ultraviolet absorbing properties durable to washing resulting in improved SPF ratings.
PROPERTIES :
Appearance : transparent yellow liquid
Chemical character : Benzotriazol derivative
pH (commercial goods) : 5.5 ± 1
Ionic Nature : Nonionic
Dilutability : Dilutable in any proportion with cold water.
APPLICATION :
Recommended dosage is 30-60 g/l
By pad(pick up-80-90%), dry 120-150oC
Note:
- Whiteness of some fluorescent dye might decrease, take preliminary test before bulk.
- Shake container well before use.
- When storing the treated goods, keep them as airtight as possible.
UV cut performance:
Dosage 60 g/l
Fabric: Pale colour dyed cotton
By pad(pick up-80-90%), dry 130oC for 1 min
Standard: Australian / Newzealand specification (AS/NZS 4399:1996)

PRODUCT LIFE AND STORAGE
This product may be stored upto six months in a sealed container. Containers should be stored
in a cool, dry area. Extended storage at elevated temperatures or exposure to direct heat or
sunlight could reduce product life. Keep containers sealed when not in use.
PACKING: 30 & 50 kg HMHDPE containers.
